The thermodynamic processes occurring on rubbing surfaces cause that a ceramic - metal layer is created in these surfaces, in particular in used (worn) spots. The overgrow stabilises along with the decrease of friction factor that results in optimisation of apertures of rubbing details – once nominal dimensions are reached, it stops with the surfaces reconstructed almost ideally. This means that in used (worn) spots and spots with scratches, a thicker layer is being restored than in less worn spots, which in turn results in restoration of the required geometry of rubbing details.

Regeneration with the use of ceramizer® means restoration of nominal dimensions and correct geometry of contacting surfaces in mechanisms where friction occurs by creating a ceramic - metal layer with unique properties. The regeneration is performed without disassembling the affected units, during their normal operation. It is sufficient to add the ceramizer® to oil (in the engine, gearbox, power drive systems) or to fuel (to enrich the fuel).
